Do I need to have a minimum number of projects to become a partner?

No minimum commitment. We recommend starting with 1 pilot project to align on workflow and expectations. Once that's smooth, you can bring in as many projects as you like at your own pace.

Will my client know that SignToDesign or InstaWeb is involved?

By default, no. We operate in white-label mode — your client only sees your brand. All communication, delivery, and handoff happens through you. A co-branded option is available if you prefer it for certain engagements, but it's always optional.

How does pricing and invoicing work for the partner?

You pay us the partner rate — the exclusive discounted pricing listed on this page. You charge your client whatever rate you choose above that. The difference is entirely your margin. We invoice you directly; your client's billing is between you and them.

What is the typical project delivery timeline?

Standard delivery is 10–15 working days from the date we receive confirmed scope, content, and design references. This covers design, development, mobile optimisation, and 2–3 revision rounds. Rush timelines may be possible for select projects — discuss with us upfront.

What platforms do you build on, and can I request others?

Our core delivery is on Wix and WordPress, which covers the vast majority of agency and SMB requirements. E-commerce, custom web applications, and membership platforms are currently out of scope to ensure quality and delivery speed remain consistent.

How does the maintenance plan work for my clients?

Once a site is delivered, we recommend onboarding the client to one of our siteproteX annual maintenance plans. We handle all technical upkeep, security, and content updates depending on the plan. You pay us the partner rate and charge your client your own rate — retaining the full margin as a recurring annual income.

What content or materials do I need to provide for a project?

To begin, we need: confirmed page list and scope, client's logo and brand colours, website copy / text content, reference websites for design direction, and any images or assets if available. Copywriting and branding are outside our scope — that's typically handled by you or the client before briefing us.

Is there a formal agreement or contract for the partnership?

We start with a short partner onboarding call to align on process and expectations. A simple partnership agreement covering confidentiality, scope, and payment terms is shared before the first project. No long lock-ins — the partnership works project by project, with the option to scale as volumes grow.
